Wine storehouses of Château Laulan Ducos
We rely on traditional methods, and pump over frequently. The wine stays on the skins for a long time (20-30 days), which produces beautiful colour and good tannic structure.
All these operations are done in a flexible way in order to adapt to each grape variety, vineyard plot, and vintage. We also rely on advice from a consulting oenologist, especially when it comes to making the final blend.

Our wines are aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, one third of which are new every year. This oak ageing contributes vanilla aromas that combine beautifully with our wine’s innate fruitiness

This critical stage in the life of a wine takes place entirely at the château.
We ask a firm with a mobile bottling unit to come to the estate, and this process takes place under ideal, perfectly hygienic conditions

Our aim is to offer wines of fine quality at a reasonable price. That is why we target a clientele consisting primarily of connoisseurs who buy not only based on a wine's reputation or rating, but by its intrinsic quality.
Our ultimate goal every year is to make a fine Médoc, strongly marked by Cabernet Sauvignon.
